Healthy emotions for Yourself

Emotional health is characterized by comfort and acceptance of one's feelings on mental conditions, situations and circumstances vary. Healthy emotional need to control our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, whether positive or negative. Maintaining mental health and overall well-being can sometimes be quite time-consuming and need serious action. When everything is fine, then we easily feel at peace. But when difficult situations arise, it carries serious discomfort and can disrupt emotional balance.
Before we discuss further, let us realize. Positive emotions are the epitome of the human sense of wellbeing. But the anger and sadness is part of life. That is the secret of God in creating the inhabitants. With the emotional ups and downs, then people will be able to feel the joy.
You should always be prepared for the worst case to prevent hyper-emotional. You have to understand the cycle of emotions going on inside of you, this is the key to success. You also need to know how to deal with, adapt or cope with difficult situations. This capability allows you to be ready and even control your emotional health in the event of life.
One way to ensure that your emotional health healthy is to control your thoughts. Emotions are feelings that are very related to the mind. Whatever the situation do not allow negative thoughts to have the opportunity to enter in your mind because it will only make you feel tired, low and also full of negative energy that can even be spread to people who are involved with you. Besides your feelings determine your life, because feelings dictate how you respond to situations and challenges in life.
The people who surround you, especially your friends also play a large role in determining your emotional health. Make sure that the people that surround you are positive ones, especially your friends. Being a loner is not healthy, then from that you have to have a friend is always with you in good times and bad, make you smile in sorrow and cheering in joy. On the other hand you also need time to be alone, you need some time without anyone to accompany in a quiet place to relax and focus on yourself. Meditating during this time was a brilliant way to help you rejuvenate and cleanse your mind.
Some of the indicators that you have the mental and emotional health is included in your own ability to make decisions based on a mixture of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors at critical moments. Try to work independently, not only looking for support and help from others, but respect it as well, and take responsibility for your actions. When you have been able to overcome yourself, then you have to have a healthy emotion.
